Fiberglass Sliding Door & Glass Railing Installation in Alameda, CA
Innovation Construction created more light, accessibility, and energy-efficiency for this Alameda home’s second floor and balcony. The existing upstairs window, door, and wall were removed and replaced with a Milgard Ultra Fiberglass 4-panel sliding glass door with a 3D Max Energy Package. The existing steel rail, separated into two parts along the balcony, was taken out and replaced with a continuous base shoe and glass rail system, including ½ inch tempered glass and a 2 inch aluminum cap rail. To comply with city requirements, stucco, tiling, and gutter work was also done. In addition, 3 light fixtures were replaced.
